Q. Do you see children?
A. Yes! As our name suggests, Four Corners Family Dentistry is open to patients of all ages and smiles at every stage of life, including your youngest loved ones. Our children’s dentistry services include gentle check-ups, refreshing cleanings, preventive services, restorative solutions for tooth decay, and much more. We look forward to helping them on the path towards a lasting, healthy smile as soon as possible.
Q. I’m having a dental emergency! Can you help?
A. Of course! If you’re experiencing severe oral pain or a traumatic dental injury, don’t hesitate to contact our practice right away. Same-day emergency appointments are available, allowing our doctors to relieve your pain as soon as possible.
Q. Does my restorative work have to look unnatural?
A. Not at all. Here in Maple Valley, we are happy to offer cosmetic-minded solutions to dental damage/decay so that patients can maintain a naturally beautiful appearance. This includes mercury-free, tooth-colored fillings that are shaded to match your original enamel and high-quality dental crowns, inlays, onlays and other restorations that are crafted from all-ceramic materials. We want you to leave our patients feeling satisfied and proud of the improvements we’ve created.
Q. Are root canals as scary as people say they are?
A. Over the years, root canal therapy has garnered a frightening reputation, but we’re glad to let you know that there’s nothing to worry about. Dental care has advanced quite a bit over the years, and today’s modern technology and comfort measures have turned the procedure into a routine, comfortable experience – in fact, most patients say that it feels the same as having a filling placed. More importantly, root canal therapy is effective and highly successful in restoring health to badly decayed teeth that may have been lost otherwise.
Q. I brush and floss every day but my teeth are still stained! Why is that?
A. Dental stains/coloration can occur for a wide variety of reasons. While poor oral hygiene is a common component, those unpleasant shades can also occur because of simple genetics, getting older, and even that extra cup of coffee every morning. Q. Do you offer appointment times outside of regular business hours?
A. Yes! Our team understands how difficult it can be to fit quality dental care into a busy schedule. That’s why our practice has extended evening hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, early morning hours on Thursdays, and available openings for Saturday appointments.
